How much do you charge?

All cleans are tailor-made based on your personal requirements. Quotations are free of charge and you are under no obligation.


Who will clean my home?

Only Cobweb employees, usually in teams of two or three, will clean your home to our high standards. A detailed training induction is provided for all staff, company uniform is provided and all staff are loyal, trustworthy and reliable professionals. We take great care when recruiting our staff to ensure we only employ the right people to meet our high expectations and match our company image. All health & safety regulations are followed rigorously and employee and public liability insurance is in place.


Do I have to provide any products or equipment?

No Cobweb staff carry all the necessary cleaning equipment and products to clean your home safely and efficiently. The products are carefully selected and staff fully trained in their use.


When will Cobweb clean my home?

Cobweb work between 8.30am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. A convenient date and approximate time will be arranged with you. We allocate you a morning or afternoon service but those who have regular slots will usually have regular times. If your regular cleaning day falls on a statutory holiday, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.


What are your security arrangements for key holders?

If you require us to be a key holder we have a safe and proven security system to ensure the safety of your home. This will be discussed in detail at the time of quotation.


How do I pay for the service?

Payment is required on the day your clean is complete. Most customers leave a cheque and we will leave you a receipt.


If I take a break in service do I get charged?

No, on the understanding that you provide us with a minimum of 7 days notice. If you inform us less than 7 days prior to your clean you will be charged 50% of your usual fee, less than 48 hours notice we unfortunately have to charge in full as we have incurred the cost of resource committed to clean your home.

Is my price fixed?

Yes, your price will be the same each visit. Any change to your price would only occur if there were changes within your home, you make further requests over and above those agreed at the time of quotation or the addition of an animal which could increase labour costs. All prices will be reviewed annually.
